 Quality Assurance
NIVE is committed to providing quality education. Quality assurance and control are essential and integral parts of all programmes. Quality is maintained by continuous monitoring and improvement of the management system structure, curriculum design, delivery methods and strategies, assessment methodologies, trainee selection and placement, staff selection and development, and physical resources.

NIVE has forged links with the Quality and Curriculum Authority (QCA) and Edexcel / BTEC of the U.K. to ensure the quality of its programmes. Similar arrangements with other external organisations have resulted in the development of benchmarks necessary for the evaluation of the design, delivery and assessment procedures of NIVE programmes.

In its pursuit of a total quality culture, NIVE is firmly committed to being client-oriented. NIVE strives constantly to serve the needs of its clients, both internal and external. NIVE’s programmes are designed to meet the requirements of employers and at the same time enable UAE youth to fulfil their aspirations. The education activities of NIVE are based on:

  • The needs of the UAE economy in general and the
    requirements of employers in particular
  • An awareness of the aspirations of the youth and their
    needs for education to enable them to play a leading and
    productive role in UAE society
  • Systematic links with industry in order to identify
    employers' needs and to ensure student exposure to the
    real work environment.
