| National Diploma in Human Resources |
The National Diploma Programme in Human Resources concentrates on the role of management in areas such as human resources, marketing, law, public relations and essential financial principles.
Graduates will have the skills needed for all business activities as well as being able to work with others, solve problems and improve their own learning and development.
Learners will gain valuable practical experience through an ‘On Job Learning’ work placement that prepares them for the real world of business.
Graduates of the National Diploma in Human Resources will be able to meet the professional requirements of a bilingual (English and Arabic) business environment. Graduates will have life-long learning skills so that they can advance into management careers with local and international organisations in the United Arab Emirates.
Admission
The National Diploma in Human Resources is open to national and non-national residents of the United Arab Emirates. Admission to the programme is based on performance on a diagnostic assessment test on basic skills in communication in English and on the use of numbers.
